Chief Executive Officer
Reid Maclellan, MD, MMSc is an adjunct professor of plastic surgery at Harvard Medical School and Boston Children’s Hospital. He completed clinical and research fellowships at Harvard and earned a postdoctoral master’s in Commercializing Medicine through a joint program with Harvard Business School and Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Maclellan also serves on the boards of multiple publicly traded and private companies, bringing strategic oversight to the fields of medicine, research, and commercialization.

Chief Research Officer
Charles R. Woods, MD, MS is a physician executive and pediatric infectious disease specialist with more than three decades of leadership in academic medicine and healthcare systems.
Dr. Woods has served as CEO and CMO of Children’s Hospital at Erlanger and as Chair of Pediatrics at both the University of Tennessee and the University of Louisville. A top graduate of Baylor College of Medicine with a master’s in Epidemiology from Wake Forest, he is recognized nationally for his work in clinical innovation, strategic partnerships, and medical education.
